Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains exactly what this website stores on your device, what each item is for, and how you control it. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

Your choice comes first

On your first visit, a notice asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you press Agree, no analytics script is requested and no analytics cookie is written. If you press Disagree, none is ever loaded and the site works exactly the same. Your answer is remembered so you are not asked on every page.

Everything this site stores

Strictly necessary

One value, cbb-cookie-consent, saved in your browser's local storage. It records whether you agreed or declined, so the notice does not reappear. It holds no personal information, it is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and it is set regardless of your choice because it is what remembers your choice.

Analytics, only after you agree

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people reach, what devices they use, and where the site is confusing. Pressing Agree loads Google's gtag script, which sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id> on this domain. These distinguish one visitor from another and record visit timing. We read the results in aggregate. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy terms.

Advertising

None. This site sets no advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies, and no social media pixels. If that ever changes, this page and the notice will be updated before any such cookie is used.

Third-party content

The location pages embed a Google Map so you can see an office and get directions. Loading a map is a request to Google and is subject to Google's terms. The links that start the bail process online lead to a portal on a different website run by our bail software provider, with its own cookies and privacy practices that this policy does not cover.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page. It clears your stored answer and brings the notice back so you can choose again, and no further analytics will load once you decline.

Withdrawing consent stops new collection but does not delete cookies already set. To remove those, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies entirely in your browser settings; if you block local storage, the notice will reappear on every page because there is nowhere to record your answer.
