An information technology employee from Portland was busted for placing a pen camera on his co-worker’s desk to watch her use a breast pump.
The victim discovered a pen attached to a USB drive strategically placed in a cup on her desk.
She notified her bosses, who then fired 44-year-old Russell Kent Gordon the next day.
Police arrested Gordon and charged him with invasion of privacy and burglary (2nd degree).
He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance, with the conditions that he have no contact with the woman and he stay away from his previous employer.
