There’s no way a ménage à trois will happen if you start it by swinging a bat to the third member.
Robert Briley, 44, had been drinking all day with his 37-year-old friend when he invited him to participate in “a threesome with his wife and him all day long.”
The 37-year-old man told police that Briley repeatedly asked him to have sex with Briley’s wife. The friend got fed up with the requests until he finally agreed and told Briley he’ll take his wife to his room to have sex with her.
That’s when Briley got infuriated and swung a bat at him a few times.
Probably repeatedly, Briley asked deputies not to arrest him, but he was taken to jail.
Briley denied swinging the bat or hitting his friend and said he’d only been drinking with his friend.
