Drunk Driver Arrested In Police Station Parking Lot Article

The wrong place at the wrong time.

A man was arrested after driving drunk in a police parking lot that was reserved exclusively for police vehicles.

Police say 57-year-old Michael Sheehan of Massachusetts drove past two large signs that read “Do Not Enter” and “Police Personnel Only”.

He was seen driving on the wrong lane of the driveway and going around aimlessly in the rear parking lot of the police station.

Sheehan was given sobriety tests and failed. He was charged with operating under the influence and trespassing.

Police say Sheehan made it easy for them as officers just walked him from his car to a holding cell.

“We didn’t even have to transport him,” police said.
